mainboard at academieagencie.com Each New Face has individually auditioned in the areas of Print, On Camera, and Runway modeling. Each audition is held as an Open Call with the Director, Stacey Lentz and staff. There is no cost for the Open Call audition. A Call Back is given to those New Faces that have been selected by the Academie for marketability in the areas of billboards, newspaper, tv, fashion shows, and promotional modeling.

New Faces also are usually in the most need of development. Although some New Faces come into the Open Call "ready" for this industry with a portfolio, prior experience and/or training, most New Faces are just getting started in the industry and the Academie is the perfect place to learn basic industry knowledge, professional skills, and tools (i.e. pictures, portfolio, cards) to get started.

Your marketability, strengths, weaknesses, and general overall look and knowledge determine the areas of work your most suited to as well as, the development recommended.
